Yesterday I did the normal two sandwich, one slice of cheese, and a few potato chips inside a sandwich. For dinner I had a rather large steak though, with nothing else. I couldn't refuse it, I felt good enough compared to my feelings the day before of dispair.
I bought a beef brisket. I've never seen one like this, all the fat was already trimmed off, I don't know if that is a good thing. I soaked the brisket on low, in beef broth, and some seasonings. I now have it cooling off, and I'll try slicing it for sandwiches in a little bit. Today I might try having three sandwiches for the day. This routine is hard to break, I basically know I am having enough food, but not so much that I am packing on the pounds.

What I've eaten.
I ate an McDonald's McBiscit, egg, bacon, and cheese sandwhich, and a hash brown. I also had a small chicken sandwich with cheese for lunch with mustard and mayo with cheese and a little bit of chips inside. The same kind of sandwich was for supper, but with roast beef. I also drank water, drank diet cola, and took vitamins and that be that.
