Not doing good with weight.

I topped out at as many pounds as I care for yesterday. I did eat a nice size meal for breakfast/lunch today. I had a big bowl of beef stroganoff, without the noodles. I'm going to try and just have a can of spinach for this afternoon. I want to take a long bath to sweat out any toxins in my body. I can do better. I'm taking vitamins and plan to keep trying to eat less.

More focus on dieting,

Yesterday I ate way to much. This morning I had a soy burger, and I plan to but some healthy food later today. I'm living at my moms and trying to be a good person.

Fat and fluffly

I'd really like to lose weight again. This time I'm interested in losing some major "chub". I doubt anyone reads this, but if you do than say a small payier that I can go on a good diet. I'm considering going on a vegetarian diet again, but I would still eat dairy.

Today I ate; 2 bananas, 1 kiwi, I giant breatfast roll, two cheese and onion sandwiches, and for dinner I had a large portion of red beans and rice with a big chunk of velveeta cheese.

I don't like to lie about what I ate, that won't get me anywhere. Keep your fingers crossed. I'm at my moms house again and if she brings me home a snack I'll eat it also. I plan to drink plenty of water tomorrow. I will eat turkey on thanks giving. I've also been taking my vitamins. Thanks for reading by some chance.

Breakfast

Breakfast consisted of two hardfried eggs,a piece of bacon,small cerial and orange juice. I will try to drink only water today. I plan to take this diet slow and steady.

Over eating

I've eaten to much today. I don't really want to write down all I've eaten, but my weight is to heavy. I'd like to try to drink more water, and eat fewer calories. I will try to post better soon. My goal is to be around 180 pounds.

nut house

I don't have a good choice of food. I'm staying at a place with limited food right now. Today I ate a small breakfast, an extra helping of food for lunch and dinner. Tomorrow I might eat better since I should be going out. I need to try to diet again. I will focus on trying to eat healthy and lose weight.

Trying to eat ok, but I do get hungry.

Yesterday I did the normal two sandwich, one slice of cheese, and a few potato chips inside a sandwich. For dinner I had a rather large steak though, with nothing else. I couldn't refuse it, I felt good enough compared to my feelings the day before of dispair.

I bought a beef brisket. I've never seen one like this, all the fat was already trimmed off, I don't know if that is a good thing. I soaked the brisket on low, in beef broth, and some seasonings. I now have it cooling off, and I'll try slicing it for sandwiches in a little bit. Today I might try having three sandwiches for the day. This routine is hard to break, I basically know I am having enough food, but not so much that I am packing on the pounds.

What I've eaten.

I ate an McDonald's McBiscit, egg, bacon, and cheese sandwhich, and a hash brown. I also had a small chicken sandwich with cheese for lunch with mustard and mayo with cheese and a little bit of chips inside. The same kind of sandwich was for supper, but with roast beef. I also drank water, drank diet cola, and took vitamins and that be that.

At decent today.

This morning I had two eggs, some nacho cheese, on a sandwich. For lunch I had a can of chili beans with a small tomato. For dinner I had again two egg sandwich with nacho cheese. I drank nothing with calories. I watched the movie called The Hangover. It was ok, but sort of obsene.

So far I'm eating good.

I ate a can of chili beans with a small tomato. What I found funny was the tomato was from Canada.

I ate well yesterday.

This morning I had a bowl of cerial, and soy milk. I also had an assortment of vitamins this morning, and I think I'll have some herbal tea before I leave. I was going to leave early to go to a job interview site, the weather lady said it wouldn't rain anymore. The flood gates have opened up. I'm going to need to search for my umbrella.

I haven't been dieting very good.

Today I will eat less than 800 calories of red beans and rice, and I will drink nothing with calories. I will also drink epsome salt to clean out my system. I was taking to much of my medication, and I simply lost track of all that was important. I want to get my life back on track, and it's important to get my weight under control.

I had a big cheese burger

I had a big cheese burger, it had mayo, and a lot of onions on it. The burger was half pound sized. I didn't eat until after 3:00 pm. I might eat something else after a while. I know this burger was big, but it's not like I'm having tons of food all day. I'm certainly not drinking anything with calories. I'm starting to like this little blog. I'm going to try to change the background colors.

Mexican and Hamburger.

I didn't each breakfast. For lunch I had beef enchiladas, with some beans and rice. It was a frozen dinner, it wasn't real big. I also fried two medium sized chicken burritos in the fry daddy. For dinner I made a half pound hamburger, with a teaspoon of mayo, and a small slice of cheese. I ate plenty today, but I didn't overeat. I think overall I did ok.

Onions

Today I had a light lunch that was some left overs from Logans Roadhouse. It had some salmon, potato, brocolli and a roll. For dinner I had a bacon, cheese and mayo sandwich. The sandwich had plenty of onions. I'm progressing just fine with my diet. I'm eating enough, but not over eating. I've also been taking my vitamins.

Gross frozen Chinese food.

I had a nice size ham and roast beef sandwich. I also had some gross frozen Chinese food, and some alright egg rolls. I've drank vitamin water. I think I can slowly lose weight. This time I'd like to keep on track, and not go back to being this fat again. Wish me the best?

Today I ate rather weird, but I didn't over eat. I had a ham sandwich for breakfast. I had egg rolls, and Asian chicken and noodles for lunch. My lunch was big, so I plan to not eat dinner.

I've eaten a bowl of corn flakes with soy milk, a banana, and a ham and cheese sandwich. I've drank diet soda. I still have dinner tonight. It's 1:10 pm, so I am hoping I can wait until 4-5 pm until I eat dinner, but I dunno.

A cloudy morning.

It's nice outside this morning, I just fetched the paper. I really need to begin my diet today. I don't want to follow any excuses to cheat. I want to lose 50 pounds. So far I've been drinking ice water with lemon. I've also taken my vitamins this morning. I'm planning on going for a long walk to feed some ducks by a lake. College classes do not begin until August, 20th. I'd like to do some day labor to make some extra money. I've also been helping my mom out at her work. I think I'll start the day with corn flakes and soymilk, maybe also a banana.

This is just a test.

I don't really know much about Google blogging. I have noticed that it has been around for 10 years, so it's kind of crazy that I haven't used it before. I've mostly stayed with Myspace, but I think it's losing it's popularity.

Anyone have any suggestions on what is best and worst to eat?

I ate so much today.

I've noticed my fattness has kept the ladies at bay lately. I've also lost some much needed self -esteem. Sh!t happens though, and I have lost the weight before, and will try to do so again. Below I will list what I ate today. It's around 5:45 pm right now, so I won't be eating anymore today.

corn flakes with soymilk,
peanut butter and jelly,
small amount of pasta with a little bit of chicken,
4 pieces of chicken breast on the bone,
small mashed potato and gravy,
1 banana

I think that covers it. I have also been drinking only diet drinks, and water. I've made sure to take vitamins also.
