I ate so much today.

I've noticed my fattness has kept the ladies at bay lately. I've also lost some much needed self -esteem. Sh!t happens though, and I have lost the weight before, and will try to do so again. Below I will list what I ate today. It's around 5:45 pm right now, so I won't be eating anymore today.

corn flakes with soymilk,
peanut butter and jelly,
small amount of pasta with a little bit of chicken,
4 pieces of chicken breast on the bone,
small mashed potato and gravy,
1 banana

I think that covers it. I have also been drinking only diet drinks, and water. I've made sure to take vitamins also.
